Pumpkin Patch Festivities

We've enjoyed this past sunny week out

in the pumpkin patches!

We had a fun trip with Opa, Oma, and Nicholas.

The past two years we've had fun in the corn maze
with daddy at night.

This year it was pretty muddy! Actually that's an understatement. There wasn't a patch of firm mud

in the whole maze!

After two hours of trompsing through the mud, past bedtime, the kidswere ready to find their way out.

Fall is here!!!

Well, we didn't get much of a summer this year, but fall is officially here.We actually got one dry day to pick up some of the leaves.

Of course the best part is playing in them.

Our Exciting Life

School Days

Caleb didn't really like the music at school.

He had fun taking his teddy bear for teddy bear day!

Our Fun Visitors

Well, we've all had bad colds around here. Welcome back to school and germs, I guess! Despite our sick filled house, we got to enjoy some visitors. My cousin J.C. and his wife and daughter were in the area and stopped by for a visit. The kids had a lot of fun playing with sweet little Arella.

Back To School!

Well, we have all officially started school now. It's allready been such a busy time, just having Caitlin in school and getting my school ready.

This week Caleb and I started at preschool. Caleb is very excited. Today was his first day and I actually didn't have to pry him off my leg, to leave.(I usually can't even leave the house without him screaming.) So, this was a big accomplishment. He had a good day. My baby really is gone, just a little boy left now. :(

I started back this week also. So far, so good. It's always quite the shock to the system, getting back on school schedule. We were really enjoying the leisurely mornings of summer. I actually cut back on work a little this year. My afternoon class didn't get as full as I wanted it, so I was able to cancel it. Now, I only work until 11:30, 3 days a week. I'm looking forward to getting home a little earlier!
